48CrMo 50CrMo Micron Tungsten Carbide Corrugated Roller
Basic Info
Model No.: HT - Corrugating Roll
Product Description
48CrMo 50CrMo Micron Tungsten Carbide Corrugated Roller
Description For Corrugating Rolls:
The corrugating rolls is an important key part of the single facer. The corrugating roll is divided into upper corrugating roll and lower corrugating roll. The upper and lower rolls are female-shaped, and the two rolls are paired and meshed. The meshing mechanism is different from the usual gear transmission. The lower corrugating roller is a driving roller with a gear on the shaft end, and the motor drives the lower corrugating roller to rotate through the reduction device. The upper corrugating roller is a driven roller, which is driven by the teeth of the upper roller and the teeth of the lower roller meshing with each other.
Features For Corrugating Rolls:
- Tungsten carbide corrugating roll adopts 48CrMo alloy steel forgings as its material;
- After medium frequency quenching, the hardness of corrugating roll is higher than HRC60, and the depth is 7mm;
- Imported tungsten carbide powder and Praxair JP8000 HVOF system are adopted;
- Abrasion resistant tungsten carbide coating has a thickness of 50-60 micrometer;
- Compared with chrome plated corrugating roll, tungsten carbide corrugating roll can be used more than three times long with a cost less than twice;
- The whole production process will be inspected, and the corrugating rolls have passed ISO9001 certification;
