    Production Description:  we can produce a series of aluminum enclosures by Die Casting process. A set aluminum enclosure is include 1 lid and 1 housing.     Specification: 1.Die-casting Al alloy enclosure, with the powder coating (or other surface finish such like matte surface, polish and so on) 2.Operating Temperature: -40°C to 120°C ; 3.Radio frequency interference resistance, easy tooling; 4.External mounting brackets allow the box to be mounted on the wall or panels; 5.Using silica gel sealing strip, good sealing performance, waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion, Protection rank up to IP66/67; 6.Most of products can be modifications, such as drilling holes, adding and changing PCB pillars; 7.Used for waterproof, dustproof, electromagnetic shielding box, also can make other electrical shell with high requirements. 8.We also can made the die casting mold .         Die casting enclosure: Size : 145mm*178mm*65mm (this is only for reference, size can be custom-made) Material : A380 Surface finish: Powder coating RAL7001 Hole size: can be drilled according to customre’s requriement.
