Advanced Precision Casting Parts
Product Description
A&M Manufacturing Co. Ltd. boasts extensive expertise in Precision Casting, operating two dedicated branch plants for this purpose. Our water glass casting facility employs a low-temperature lost-wax casting process, capable of producing products ranging from 0.1kg to 100kgs. Materials typically used include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, and special alloy steel. In parallel, our silica sol casting facility utilises a medium-temperature lost-wax casting process, with a capacity to cast products ranging from 0.01kgs to 50kgs. Similar to water glass casting, the materials commonly used here encompass carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, special alloy steel and many more. Furthermore, we offer Sand Casting services, catering to products weighing from 0.5kgs to 10 tons. Ductile iron, grey iron, high chrome iron, various steel types, and wear-resistant materials are frequently employed in this process. Our material repertoire includes austenitic stainless steel variants such as CF8, CF8M, CF3, and CF3M, along with martensitic stainless steel like 1Cr13 and 2Cr13, and precipitation-hardening stainless steel such as 17-4PH. Equipped with a vacuum furnace, our facility is adept at producing superalloy castings including turbines, turbine blades, superchargers, Ni-base alloy castings, and Cr-base alloy castings. Moreover, our advanced CNC Machining equipment, comprising CNC vertical machining centres, CNC turning machines, and CNC milling machines, ensures precise manufacturing capabilities for stainless steel parts ranging from 0.005kg to 2000kg. These precision casting components find extensive applications across various industries including automotive, construction, shipbuilding, medical equipment, pipelines, and petrochemicals, to name a few.
