Mold Flow Analysis : Before starting the mold drawing designing, we will make the mold flow analysis, to confirm the best gate location, find the potential problems of the parts, like the too thin area, the possible area to warp, etc. so we can do something in the tooling designing to avoid the potential problems happen after tooling making. Some time, we will provide you some idea to change your parts. 
Quality Control : WT Mold have the best quality control system . 1. Mould Design Control 2. Mould Steel Hardness Inspection 3. Mould Electrodes Inspection 4. Mould Core and Cavity Steel Dimension Inspection 5. Mould Pre-Assembly Inspection 6. Mould Trial Report and Samples Inspection 7. Mould Pre-Shipment Final Inspection 8. Export Mould Package Inspection Our Sample Inspection Report : 
Packaging : We can protect products very well and we also accept to custom retail package for clients . 
Excellent After-sale Service : 1. During Mould Manufacturing, every week or everyday (if customer want ),we will offer update mould picture or video to customer . 2. When mould test, we will send video and photos to customers. 3. Before Mould delivery, packing video and photos(wooden case, painted with anti-rust) will be both offered for customers. 4.
